my mum just bought herself a ready meal because she can’t be bothered to cook for herself tonight, so i looked at the nutrients and what not, and it contains 133% of the recommended daily saturates, how can she eat that shit?! i’m sitting here tucking into my dinner of egg whites, cucumber, half a yellow pepper, corn and a parsnip, swear i don’t belong in this family lol!
worked out for two hours today and it’s safe to say i am deadbeat! after walking to the gym twice (cause it was closed the first time - i forgot there were weirdass opening times on a monday) and actually working out, i burned over 700 calories! there aren’t even enough hours left in the day to eat those extra calories cause so far ive only had 900 and im full up, but i shall try and have a snack later on with pb or something to add some extra on! it was legs day today and i really pushed right up until the very end, i’m a happy (but very sore) girl! think i might go swimming tomorrow for cardio cause i dont think my knees can handle much more, but we shall see!
